Some people call me the “Unofficial Mayor of Hemlock Farms.”  I’m the local real estate barometer.  Everyone knows me and everyone relies on my assessment of the market.

I am the Associate Broker at Davis R. Chant’s Lords Valley office.  I have been selling real estate for Chant Realtors for over 40 years and am a multi-award winning broker.  Just like “Six Degrees of Separation” I have either listed or sold your house, your neighbors’ house, or a friend of a friend’s house. I’m  a very personable, experienced, and knowledgeable broker.  I have skillfully handled every type of sale and situation with expertise.  And I’m a valuable mentor to his office colleagues.

I moved to Milford, PA when I was a teen and moved to Hemlock Farms in 1982.  Clients are thrilled that I live in Hemlock because I have answers to any question they may have about the community.  I also has a habit of showing up at your house for a BBQ.

I’m your Hemlock Farms Specialist.  While living in Manhattan, I purchased a “country home” in Hemlock Farms.  Thirteen of the past 29 years have been full time and moving to Hemlock was the best decision I made.  

I was a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) and Registered Licensed Phlebotomist but didn’t like it.   I’m still doing CMA’s but I’m not one anymore! Prior to becoming a realtor, I was the District Sales Manager for a fundraising company serving New York State and basically lived in my car travelling all of the state.  Now, I still drive alot but get to go home every night to my beloved Hemlock Farms. 

I absolutely love selling real estate.  I’m a full-time, 7 day a week agent.  I work very hard for my clients to ensure that it’s an exciting time and not a stressful one.  It makes me sad to see property owners move away from Hemlock Farms but I’m thrilled for the new family moving in knowing it will be the beginning of the dream they’ve been dreaming.   It’s the perfect place to raise a family, vacation or retire.
